My experience at CMRV has been fantastic. We bought our trailer at CMRV and had a great time all around. On our first trip, we had an issue with a water line, which CMRV fixed for us (warranty work) immediately. We have been back for winterizing, summerizing, and a random repair. The folks there have always been friendly, accommodating, and professional with us. I will add that when I take my trailer in, I plan on coming back for it. I know they are busy and don't have a large staff. That said, my winterizing/summerizing has always been same day service. I really like the people at CMRV and I highly recommend them

Interesting reading some of the negative reviews, I had great luck with Colorado Mountain RV and that was during the madness of Covid. They were patient and Jeremy took the time to answer all of my questions. The service guys gave me a thorough walkthrough on how everything worked and the lead tech even gave me his cell in case I ran into issues on our first adventure. Guess what? We did! He actually answered my FaceTime call and walked me through a couple of things I was struggling with….extremely friendly and polite. We had a minor issues with the battery compartment not being properly secured and it fell off the trailer somewhere around Gunnison. I called them and they pointed me towards a dealer in the area and reimbursed me for the whole thing after presenting them with the receipt. Being brand new to the RV world is intimidating and there are SO many things to remember. The guys there let me video them doing a walkthrough of each of the most important steps to ensure my families safety. I still reference them a year later! I truly couldn’t be more thankful or appreciative. We love our trailer!! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend CMRV at all and I consider myself a discerning customer. Yes, they’re extremely busy and can’t hop up immediately to greet you right when you walk in, but trust me that when they do they are knowledgeable and friendly. Good luck!

We bought our camper in August from this dealer. I was very pleased with the whole process. Our slide out on the camper had a part that got bent when they brought the camper from the north location to the south location. We were so worried we wouldn’t have the camper fixed for our first camping trip. They had the camper fixed and ready to go four days after signing all our paper work. The lead mechanic even worked over time to have it done for us. Jeremy our salesman was friendly and super helpful. He made the whole sales process head ache free and easy.
